As Founder & CEO of RE'FLEKT, Wolfgang scaled one of Europe’s leading AR companies through to an acquisition by PTC (NASDAQ: PTC). Following the acquisition, he led strategy, operational execution, and transformation initiatives inside highly complex global organizations operating under significant pressure and scale.

Wolfgang's background combines what we value deeply at SIROC: entrepreneurial judgment, operational discipline, transformation execution, technology understanding, and the ability to create clarity in complex situations.
