Our 2025 Strategy Meeting was a high-energy deep dive into the next chapter of SIROC. We gathered the partners and leadership team to align on our vision, sharpen our technical edge, and map out how we will continue to lead in an increasingly automated world. The Rise of AI Agents
We are moving beyond simple chatbots. The era of AI Agents is here: tools that don't just talk, but actually do work. We discussed how these autonomous agents will soon handle complex workflows, making decisions and executing tasks that previously required manual oversight. For us, this means building systems that act as true digital teammates.
The Future of Software Engineering
The way we build software is fundamentally shifting. Coding is no longer just about syntax. It’s about orchestration. We see a future where AI handles the repetitive boilerplate, allowing our engineers to focus on high-level architecture, creative problem-solving, and system reliability. Our role is evolving from writing code to architecting intelligence.
Owning the Data Layer: The Only Sustainable AI Moat
As AI models become a commodity, the real competitive advantage lies in the Data Layer. You can't have a unique AI if you're using the same data as everyone else. We’re doubling down on the strategy that owning and organizing proprietary data is the only way to build a "moat" that competitors can't easily cross.
Digital Transformation as Value Creation in PE Portfolios
For our Private Equity partners, digital transformation has moved from a "nice-to-have" to a critical value driver. We focused on how implementing the right tech stacks can directly increase EBITDA and portfolio value. In 2025, we aren't just updating IT, but instead we are creating a measurable financial upside through smarter automations and operations.
A New Home for a Growing Team
Growth requires space, and we’re excited to announce the renovation of our office! We are expanding to two full floors, specifically designed to support a team of 50 staff. This new environment will blend focused workstations with collaborative zones, giving us the perfect "lab" to build the next generation of software.
BBQ, Discussions, and Good Vibes
Of course, no SIROC meeting is complete without some downtime. Between the strategy sessions, we shared incredible food and fired up the BBQ. Some of our best breakthroughs didn't happen in front of a whiteboard, but during those late-night discussions over a great meal. It’s the human connection that fuels our digital innovation. Even, or especially, in the Age of AI.
